Our Recruitment Process:
- Vacancies are advertised internally first then externally through employee referrals, print advert, recruitment agencies, job boards etc.
- Candidates that have met the Bank’s requirements are invited for written test/ HR Interview/ Panel Interview
- Final Interview is by the MD/CEO
- Successful candidates attend the Bank’s induction and onboarding programme

Industrial Training/ Internship
We offer opportunities for students and graduates to learn and gather technical expertise and personal skills which will enable them make viable career choices and impact their future positively. Our industrial training programs span 6-12 months.
Recognition is given to excellent performance as we operate a performance based review system.

Our programme runs for 18 months. A graduate will be placed in a specific department for the duration of the programme. There will be no rotation.
As a graduate you will be provided with specific objectives that need to be achieved and provided with performance feedback every three months.
We have an informal mentoring programme in place and you will have the opportunity to select your own mentor within three months on the programme. It is then your responsibility to build and maintain the relationship with your mentor.
Training and development
